Online payment, guarantees and reimbursement

For any purchase of online consultation or online training, we undertake to offer you an appointment within 24 hours of any online payment.
Online payment is 100% secure thanks to the Stipe payment platform. No data passes through our servers.
If we have agreed and reserved a slot, but you are not logged in when the time comes, the consultation will remain charged.
For any other reason, we undertake to reimburse your payment if the consultation does not take place, within a reasonable time (1 to 3 days).
The payment of the online consultation is deductible from the consultation in the clinic but not from the injection fees.

Privacy Policy
In order to provide you with the best possible experience on our website, we store some personal data.
In order to ensure that we respect your privacy, we have implemented a data protection policy that you can easily consult, and which allows you to know how to exercise your rights regarding your data.
