The beauty of the face in its entirety by combined injections: Facesculpture treatment
This video shows how we use the combined injections of hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin to reshape the face in its entirety. FaceSculpture is a concept of global facial rejuvenation. A 3-dimensional aesthetic consultation session first lets you analyze the face in depth. We can determine the best treatment for each area of the face.
Our patient wants to get her ears pinned. In order to avoid an agressive ear plastic surgery (otoplasty), we will use EarFold clips. These are mini-clips that are positioned under the skin of the ear to reshape the cartilage naturally and to pin the ears. We see in this video the per-clip trial, to simulate the placement of the clip.
This video shows the progress of the procedure to pick up the ears with Earfold clips. We first proceed to an excision of the conch, to remove some skin behind the ear, then we suture in order to pick up the ears naturally. We then practice an anterior incision in the pavilion of the ear to prepare the placement of the Earfold clip.
After picking up the right ear of our patient in the previous video, we go to the left ear. We can see in this video the incision and the detachment practiced in the pavilion of the ear, as well as the placement of the Earfold clip. This small clip can reposition the ear naturally.
The procedure to apply EarFold clip and re-stick the ears is not long, it lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, and under local anesthesia. As it is not invasive, the patient can resume her normal life immediately. We can appreciate in this video the live result as well as the feelings of our patient about her EarFold clips.
This video shows how we perform a mesotherapy session. This skinbooster treatment involves injecting with very fine needles a cocktail of nutrients and conditioners, and hyaluronique acid. This helps to reboost the skin of the face, neck and décolleté.
We perform cosmetic surgery of the eyelids (blepharoplasty) to remove the excess skin on the upper eyelid of our patient. This allows to open and rejuvenate the look.
We proceed in this video to injection of volumizing hyaluronic acid in the cheekbones. Hyaluronic acid will help to reshape the cheekbones and give a beautiful curve to the malar area. We call it facial contouring.
This patient shows a paralysis of her eyebrow, which creates an asymmetry in her face.
To correct this, we chose to inject botulinum toxin. Botulinum toxin is a muscle relaxant that will act on the muscle balance and new dynamic .

“When you hear this barbaric word for the first time, it’s hard to imagine what hides behind it. Even if bichectomy is a particularly popular aesthetic operation, it is still strangely unknown in Switzerland. Bichectomy is currently all the rage, as it is a simple and efficient surgical intervention to get a thin and slender facial oval.”
What does Bichectomy mean?
This term comes from the Bichat fat pad, deposits located just below the cheekbones in the deep part of the cheeks, which gives the latter a rounded shape. These two fat pads on both sides of the face are more prominent in some people than others. That explains the difference between a thin face and a “chubby” face. If they are too visible, these fat deposits do not melt, even after a drastic diet.
What is the purpose of bichectomy?
Demand for this kind of simple and risk-free surgery to get a thinner face has grown exponentially, both among women and men, even among relatively young ones. Moreover, unlike a liposuction of the cheeks which gives a moderate improvement, the reduction of the Bichat’s fat pad offers very clear results: the cheeks and the face become immediately thinner.
How does it work in practice?
The surgical operation is performed on outpatients, under local or general anesthesia, and does not last more than 45 minutes. It consists in removing half or two thirds of the well localised fat pads, though not in full in order to keep smooth facial V-shaped lines over the years. The result is 100% guaranteed and is particularly interesting for young women or men showing a “baby face”.
Models who wish to appear more to their advantage on photos, with a more structured, sculpted and reshaped face – especially at the level the jaw – can also be particularly interested in this surgical operation. Bichectomy is an ideal treatment in addition to facelifts and fat re-injections. It should be noted that the surgical intervention takes place inside the mouth, at the level of the mucous membrane, and does not cause any bruises. It is nevertheless necessary to foresee about 5 days of social eviction.
